妈妈哄宝宝入睡必备的一首英文童谣

Hi，各位粉丝宝宝，本周的童谣推荐一首特别好听也超级经典的Hey diddle diddle，适合在睡前轻轻地吟唱给小朋友听，让宝宝们安心入睡。白天的话，可以让小朋友大声跟着妈妈唱起来哦。明天是周末，正好可以唱起来，出去春游路上也可以唱，啊哈哈哈。

照例，咱先来看一下这个童谣的视频版本，找了一个相对比较简单舒缓的版本，方便小朋友和妈妈练习。

关于童谣的背景

，整理如下，供妈妈爸爸们参考，方便在给孩子讲童谣的时候，也把历史来源告诉孩子，这样可以丰富童谣的意义。孩子也会觉得：哇，爸爸妈妈懂得好多呀！

首先是歌词。

这首童谣在传唱的过程中出现了很多版本，我为大家整理的是一个版本，最常见的版本是：

Hey diddle diddle,

The cat and the fiddle,

The cow jumped over the moon.

The little dog laughed,

To see such craft,

And the dish ran away with the spoon.

鹅妈妈里面就是这个版本。

第二个是歌曲来源。

这首歌最晚应该出现于16世纪。

1569年 Thomas Preston的剧作A lamentable tragedy mixed ful of pleasant mirth, conteyning the life of Cambises King of Percia中歌词是这样的:

They be at hand Sir with stick and fiddle;

They can play a new dance called hey-diddle-diddle.

另一个是，1597年 Alexander Montgomerie的The Cherry and the Slae写到:

But since you think't an easy thing

To mount above the moon,

Of your own fiddle take a spring

And dance when you have done.

1587年在伦敦以 "Cat and the Fiddle" 为名的小餐馆很多。

1765年伦敦出版《Mother Goose's Melody》刊登为距今最早的版本，歌词写到：

Hey diddle diddle,

The Cat and the Fiddle,

The Cow jumped over the Moon,

The little dog laughed to see such Craft,

And the Dish ran away with the Spoon

写这些历史背景，看着有点枯燥，主要是为了方便妈妈爸爸们更好地理解童谣背后的文化，可以给小朋友解释得更完整。

这里插一个小故事。清明假期，我和女儿一起读《我爸爸》，这本书已经被“废弃”很久了，因为老家没别的绘本，就把这本她刚开始读绘本的时候读的书拿出来，想不到女儿居然发现了一个我从来都没注意过的细节，还哈哈大笑，她觉得太好玩了。你们猜到了吗？

安东尼·布朗笔下这位无所不能的爸爸，是不是像极了童谣里面的那只cow呢？右下角就是Spoon and Dish。

看过上周分享的 To market To Market童谣里面也提到了一本Spoon and Dish的书，不知道大家还有印象吗？小吃货和喜欢“买买买”的小朋友最爱的童谣

Anne Miranda的作品。

可见古老的童谣对绘本创作者们的灵感和启发，以及深远的影响。

Hey diddle diddle给人印象深刻的那具有幻想色彩的句子 "the Cow jumped over the Moon"! ;<无事生非>>第三幕中有使用相近的传统民间民谣（ballad）"hey nonny no" 。 'Hey Diddle Diddle' 是由'High Diddle Diddle' 逐步演变而来。

最后还是绘本的拓展。

所以我又去搜了别的版本，不搜不知道，一搜吓一跳，居然有好几十个，随便一搜都出来了。我整理了16个版本，大家可以看下。

说实话，真的每本都喜欢，因为画风都太萌啦！其中有两个版本我印象比较深刻，我觉得比较适合低幼0-3岁的宝宝，一个是手指童谣，另一个是用毛毡做的，连针线都可以看得清清楚楚，感觉这个作者画画，笔和颜料已经满足不了她了，必须来点实物！
